This research uses a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques using the concept of Miles and Hubermen. The data source of this research consists of primary data sources through in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding school managers, students and alumni, then secondary data sources through relevant literature sources. The data collection techniques of this study are observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that a caregiver must have skills in combining leadership styles in implementing his leadership. charismatic abilities that become identity in influencing HR elements. In terms of motivating subordinates, both educators and students are expected to be done well by the government with a person-to-person, group-to-group, and collaborative approach. These aspects still contain problems that have yet to be resolved entirely. Therefore, to enhance the quality of education at the madrasa, strong leadership from the head of the madrasa is essential. The research findings indicate the following: improving teacher professionalism, enhancing the quality of facilities, improving the quality of learning, and increasing student achievement. The head of the madrasa includes position themselves as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and motivators. Supporting factors include a charismatic and authoritative leadership style, managerial skills, effective communication abilities, and a flexible, non-authoritarian attitude. Considering the vast amount of existing research, a review is necessary to categorize the literature, ensuring the information is clearly and easily understood. The paper applies the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, focusing on public policy implementation studies from 2019 to 2023. The SLR process includes defining Research Questions (R.Q.), setting Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria, and conducting Quality Assessments (QA). The findings reveal that the Mujadi diploma policy has been aligned with the Government's formal school diploma. Islamic boarding schools issuing Mujadi diplomas are referred to as Islamic Boarding Schools, specifically those that run Muilah Education Units (SPM). Specifically, the research addresses three key questions: (1) How is the local content curriculum planned to foster religious behavior at MA Raden Paku Wringinanom? (2) How is the local content curriculum implemented to shape religious behavior at MA Raden Paku Wringinanom? (3) What are the outcomes of the local content curriculum in fostering religious behavior at MA Raden Paku Wringinanom? The objectives of this study are to: (1) examine the planning of the local content curriculum, (2) explore the implementation process, and (3) analyze the outcomes in shaping religious behavior at MA Raden Paku Wringinanom. This research employs a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, utilizing an interactive model. The data analysis involves stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. After collecting and categorizing the data, the researcher provides an in-depth description before concluding the findings based on available sources. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The planning of the local content curriculum involves adherence to the School Work Plan (RKT) and the Madrasah Work Plan and Budget (RKAM) to define local content programs, select subjects, assign teachers, and determine learning resources and funding. (2) The implementation phase includes syllabus review, lesson plan (RPP) development, and assessment. (3) The outcomes of the local content curriculum include program-specific local content initiatives and the evaluation of student learning outcomes.</p> M. It adopts a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The research participants included the school principal, the curriculum deputy principal, and the administration head. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and were analyzed through data reduction (summarizing), data presentation (organizing information), and concluding (formulating a comprehensive description). The findings reveal that the principal and head of administration at MIN 03 Kepahiang have successfully implemented managerial supervision to improve learning administration services, which covers program planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The supervision by the school principal has been carried out effectively, resulting in enhanced administrative services and overall education quality. Thus, students can learn optimally and effectively thanks to school facilities and infrastructure. The aims of this study were (1) to describe how the Planning of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure at M.I.S. Guppi 13 Tasikmalaya, (2) to describe how the Procurement of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure at M.I.S. Guppi 13 Tasikmalaya, (3) to describe how the Maintenance of Facilities and Infrastructure Education at M.I.S. Guppi 13 Tasikmalaya, (4) to describe how efforts to improve the management of educational facilities and infrastructure should be carried out in the future. The method used is field research (field research), which uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This study has three data analysis steps: reduction, presentation of data (display data), and conclusion (Verification). The research results show several conclusions, one of which is that M.I.S. Guppi 13 Tasikmalaya focuses on the administration, provision, usage, and upkeep of educational infrastructure.
