Principal Supervision in Improving the Quality of Learning Administration Services at the State Islamic Elementary School

This study focuses on the role of managerial supervision in enhancing learning administration services at MIN 03 Kepahiang. It adopts a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The research participants included the school principal, the curriculum deputy principal, and the administration head. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and were analyzed through data reduction (summarizing), data presentation (organizing information), and concluding (formulating a comprehensive description). The findings reveal that the principal and head of administration at MIN 03 Kepahiang have successfully implemented managerial supervision to improve learning administration services, which covers program planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The supervision by the school principal has been carried out effectively, resulting in enhanced administrative services and overall education quality. Through structured supervision programs, supervisors have assessed, monitored, and developed the performance of learning administration services at MIN 03 Kepahiang.
